Purpose & Scope: This is an order for vehicle valuation appraisal services. The scope of this appraisal assignment is to establish a set of professional opinions and conclusions as to the fair market value of the subject vehicle just prior to the date of damage and the fair market value of the same vehicle just after the damage repairs are completed and to document and report on same. Further, we will provide an inspection of your vehicle to document options, mileage, condition and quality of repairs. We will also document and record whether or not, and if so, the amount of any difference in fair market value between the pre-damage value and the post-repair value that was caused due to the collision damage and resulting repairs. In the course of preparation of this appraisal report, we may consult with various other companies, organizations, texts, publications and guidebooks. These outside entities include but are not limited to: The National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), Kelly Blue Book (KBB), Edmunds Auto Values, Black Book, Auto Trader, ADP Autosource, Vehicle Dealers, etc. When information obtained from these outside entities or persons is deemed to be reliable and credible it may be relied upon and become part of the reported information as well as the opinions and conclusions contained in the vehicle valuation appraisal report. In addition to providing the appraisal report document, we will remain available to assist the client with any questions arising from or about the appraisal report as well as to provide ongoing technical assistance. Expert witness court testimony, if needed, will be available for an additional fee. Client Certification: I certify that the information contained in this form is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and I understand that the accuracy of this information will be relied upon in completing the vehicle valuation appraisal report.
